Robert Bösch<br>
Robert Bösch, 1954 in Schlieren bei Zürich geboren, wohnt heute in Oberägeri,
Zug. Seit seinem Diplomabschluss in Geografie an der Universität Zürich
und anschliessender Bergführerausbildung arbeitet er als freischaffender
Fotograf mit Spezialgebiet Outdoor- und Actionfotografie. Er fotografiert für
Industrie, Werbung und Medien. Zahlreiche Publikationen in Katalogen, Büchern,
Magazinen und Zeitschriften (Stern, Geo, u. a.). <br>
Robert Bösch ist Autor vieler Kalender und Fotobildbände. Mit dem Buch
«Bergsteigen - Verlockung des Ungewissen» gewann er den Internationalen
Bergbuchpreis. Sein neuester Bildband «Grimsel Strom» ist eine Auftragsarbeit
im Industriebereich für die Kraftwerke Oberhasli zu deren Firmenjubiläum.

Robert Bösch war 1999 bei der «Eiger Live» Fernseh-Sendung über
die Besteigung der Eiger Nordwand als Fotograf für das Schweizer Fernsehen
bei den Vorbereitungen und bei der Durchsteigung dabei. Im Frühjahr 2001
bestieg er als Fotograf und Kameramann für einen Foto- und einen Filmauftrag
den Mount Everest.<br>

Robert Bösch

Robert Bösch, was born close to Zürich in 1954 in Schlieren, Switzerland, and today he lives in Oberägeri
in the Canton of Zug. Since he finished his studies in Geography at Zürich University, and after subsequent
training as a mountain guide, he has worked as a freelance photographer specialising in outdoor and action
photography. He shoots for Industry, advertising and the media, and has published numerous photographs in
catalogues, books, magazines and newspapers, among others in Stern and in Geo.

Robert Bösch is the author of many calendars and photo filmstrips, and with his book entitled "Mountaineering -
the temptation of the unknown" he won the international mountaineering book prize. His latest filmstrip
called "Grimesl Strom" (Grimsel electricity) is an industrial environment study made under contract by
the Oberhasli power station for the company's jubilee.

In 1999 Robert Bösch participated as expedition photographer for the Swiss Television "Eiger Live" programme
on the ascent of the north face of the Eiger, in which he took part both in the preparations for the climb
and in the actual climb itself. In spring 2001 he climbed Mount Everest as cameraman and photographer for
a photo and film contract.
